D. Schindler; Chik Chak Shabbat, illustrated by Kyrsten Brooker; and Me and Momma and Big John, illustrated by William Low, a Charlotte Zolotow Honor Book and Golden Kite Award winner. She lives in Pennsylvania, USA, with her family.
