They find a house – but it's inhabited by a feisty old lady, Miss Jo, who soon becomes their protector. But the do-gooder, Mr. Whitby, is determined to take them away.

Then a miracle falls from the sky, in the form of two tiny but powerful sisters from another planet, and Temper is offered the chance to make all the wrongs of the world right. What changes will she make?
