Lauren has a passion for helping children and currently works in primary schools as a support teacher, working with children with additional needs. She has always loved helping children feel their best and spent many years teaching yoga and meditation where she specialised in children’s classes. Lauren loves living on the South Coast of Sydney and is a loving mother of three children.

Working with kids as well as having her own has given Lauren deep insight into what challenges children are struggling with the most today. She hopes that her books will be able to reach a wider span of young people to help them overcome any difficulties they might be experiencing.

Hi, I'm Stephanie Yue, and I ride motorbikes and draw things. I grew up in Atlanta, Beijing, and Hong Kong, and studied illustration in New York City. I got my start working in game design and animation studios while publishing my own mini-comics.

I've been working as a freelancer since 2008, taking on everything from comics lettering to sketch cards to coloring to website design. In 2010, I signed on with Barry Goldblatt Literary and I've been illustrating graphic novels, picture books, and chapter books for kids. You may even find my work in issues of SpongeBob Comics!

In my other life, I'm an extended overland scooterist, lifelong martial artist, and itinerant blogger. I like riding two-wheeled things, eating and drinking all the things, and climbing things that probably weren't meant for climbing.
