Sarah Albee is the New York Times bestselling author of many non-fiction history and science books for kids. She loves to travel, and has visited many places throughout North America.

She lives in Connecticut with her husband, their three kids, and their dog, Rosie. Although she has written over 100 books for kids, this one is the longest book she’s ever written. Literally.

Julia Woolf worked for twenty years in animation, including a twelve year period working in the US for Dreamworks.

After returning to the UK she decided to do the MA in Children's Book Illustration in Cambridge at Anglia Ruskin University. She is the author/illustrator of Giraffe on a Bicycle and various board books. She lives in Kent.
