In their society, women are second class citizens and are kept as slaves. They have no rights and it is illegal to be a Feminist. The USD is ran by Mr. President (also known as the Dictator). His son, Dick Van Cock, has everything that he's ever wanted: money, girls, and fame. Dick's life gets forever changed when he meets new classmate Nina Hill.
