Most of the leaders in any kind of leadership role would always complain that their decisions that have been miscalculated and resulted in loss of time and material for the organization are because of wrong advice or incomplete information. Thereby, leadership theory needs to study the role of a side kick as an entirely independent and self regulating role in organization theory.
