This book was is intended to provide insight into the challenges we all face concerning the need for renewable energy and, especially to support professionals in oil and gas, who realise they must adapt to the new world of Green Energy. Now when we look across the industry we have to realise it consists of people at various levels, many technical and many business managers; all have a challenging time ahead unless they change and adapt.

The Energy Transition is possible and must be managed, meaning to say we should plan and take actions to achieve it and in this book we cite many exciting examples of sustainable oil production and former oil and gas companies leading the way on renewables, such as Totale Energies.

If we are serious about helping people we must offer a vision and support to help people in Energy to move along in the Energy Transition. This text is a good start in the quest for a greener future.
