This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 15th Mexican Conference on Pattern Recognition, MCPR 2023, held in Tepic, Mexico, during June 21–24, 2023.

The 30 full papers presented in this book were carefully reviewed and selected from 61 submissions.
