Dear colleagues.

I released this eBook as the fourth installment of our "Pharmacotherapy Guiding-Keys with MCQs & Answers" series, in collaboration with my skilled and passionate coauthors, PharmDs Raya Ashraf Alawaisheh, Dua'a Nayef Suleiman Alqhaiwi, Arwa Al-Ashqar, Kariman Hatem Al Ghweiiri, and Najd Khaled, following extensive research and collection of evidence. Firstly, we provide an overview of coeliac disease, which includes its definition, prevalence, pathophysiology, and clinical manifestations. In this eBook release, we present the existing management guidelines along with their limitations and challenges, as well as pharmacological interventions such as enzyme supplements and immunosuppressive agents. However, due to our meticulous attention to updates, we also prioritise the exploration of innovative therapeutic methods, particularly in the field of glutenase enzymes and vaccine development. In addition, we discuss the clinical trials, evidence-based medicine key points, and future directions. We also incorporated the significance of patient education and adherence in the overall care plan, and introduced strategies to enhance adherence. Finally, we thoroughly examined both the key clinical findings and practical insights, as well as the essential points of pharmaceutical care. This eBook includes 295 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) along with their corresponding answers. However, our main focuses are on medical, surgical, clinical pharmacy, and pharmacological specialists, mentors, residents, and students.
