The essential guide to property developing in Australia.

Would you be interested in creating an additional income stream of up to $500,000 per year from property? This is the potential return successful property developers can expect. But, property development is not for the faint-hearted. It is a space feared by most, trialled by few and failed at by many.

More complex and higher risk than investing in residential and commercial property, developing property can create spectacular returns - you just need to have the right team in place and know what you're doing. This is where this comprehensive and practical book comes in. It gives you the full picture of how to make money by property developing and fast-track a passive income.

What's inside:

  • How to identify highest and best use for your property

  • How to set your 'BIGFIGs', and how they can make or break a deal

  • Handy insights from the expert authors in 'Steve and Liam's Tips'

  • Horror stories from property developers highlighting traps to avoid

  • Real-life case studies across different development types.

In this, the third book in the highly acclaimed 'Property Explained Simply' series, Steve Palise is joined by fellow property expert Liam Carmody and colleague at Palise Property, one of Australia's fastest growing buyer's agents. Together they have a combined knowledge of decades of property experience and thousands of acquistions.

Steve Palise

Steve Palise has worked for Australia's leading buyers' agencies acquiring hundreds of commercial properties for himself and his clients. He has been involved in more than 1,500 property acquisitions.

Steve also worked as a chartered mechanical and structural design engineer for 10 years sees many similarities between that work and commercial property. Both are based primarily on the numbers and there is less emotion involved than with other assets. In the corporate world, he saw limits on his career but realised that property investment meant he could leave the workforce sooner rather than later. Having acquired an impressive property portfolio, he is passionate about helping others to achieve their goals and financial freedom.
