As I entered Puberty, I had so many physical and external changes and concerns, serious concerns that I wasn't sure where even right to vocalize or even knew the words to say them.

One, I was quite skinny, food was like a chore then and when I did eat, the potions were always too little.

Secondly, I was way taller than my peers, I remember being called tally, dongoyaroo, and later lepa. I remember that of all the names, lepa was the worst. I dont know why I never liked that name.

Then I had some slow physical developments, I had no pimples when all my peers where having theirs, actually I had mine in my back. There were so many things I wanted answers to.

I yearned to have an elder sister on whose shoulders I could stand on to see my future self but my elder sister was just a year my senior so she pretty much was in the same developmental stage as me.

These yearnings followed me till later in life when I could do my research and have my questions answered. As I did my research, I found out that they were too good to keep to myself so I began to compile my findings and my knowledge of copywriting and teaching background came in handy.

This book will make your soon to be teenager ready for this developmental stage and even teach you as a mum one or two things about yourself.
