The experiment has failed.

Four people awaken in a mysterious building in the middle of a forest, a silent white edifice amidst the teeming wildlife. Without any knowledge of their past lives, or even their original names, the four scour the forest for signs of civilization. But as they explore the area, they find that something is monitoring them. A strange weapon left behind by outsiders, a visitor with hidden motives, and more clues await in the dense foliage. Although the building offers security, encircling the forest is a crimson mist that disintegrates human flesh. Cautious team leader Tellus, delusional Eurus, agoraphobic Proluvies, and brash but cunning Mulciber must form a tenuous alliance in order to escape.

As the days go by, fragments of Tellus’s memory come seeping in, terrifying the group’s leader with visions of his past. It quickly becomes clear that something went wrong in this “experiment.” Whatever erased their memories, whatever is trying to control their minds, whatever has sealed them in may have uncaged their darkest terrors. Will they manage to escape, or will madness claim them all?
