Richard Baxter (1615-1691) was a well-known Puritan pastor in England who wrote dozens of books that have impacted literally millions of lives throughout the centuries. He is best known for his excellent work “The Reformed Pastor” as well as his thoughtful “The Saints Everlasting Rest.” In his own day “A Call to the Unconverted” was the means of leading thousands to faith in Christ.
