A thriller set in third-world relief where a serial killer is murdering non-profit aid workers. When two fresh twenty-something aid workers, Elisa and Payton, cross paths with the killer, they realize things are not as simple as they seem-- that maybe the killer’s victims were involved in human trafficking and helping people in the complicated, brutal third-world is a lot more complicated that they expected.
