“This isn’t about conscience; it’s about survival.”

A hard to put down book! What a beginning! Starting in full gear from page one, to the last one, The Extractor-Jack Storm-is from the same universe of Justin Hall series.

A non-stop, vertiginous layout, the plot thickens wildly, the explosive situation gets more and more riddled. A realistic reminder of the world we live in. It’s gripping and dark sometimes, with an action packed and intriguing storyline, a great villain and an antihero dealing with his own personal problems and a kind of vendetta related to the dangers the protagonist has to go through, a real life drama of an agent with a family.
An engaging and poignant story, thought provoking, it carries within an emotional and compelling character development, suspense and cutting edge scenes that seem to spiral out of control, with a wonderful world building.

The story left me with a desire to know more about the world, and what happens next to our hero. A promising and exciting start to a new fantastic series, as all Ethan Jones’s books. Can’t wait to read what the author comes up with next!
