Hollie Hughes is a talented new picture book author. Having three children of her own, she is perfectly tuned in to the reading habits and tastes of young children.

The Famishing Vanishing Mahoosive Mammoth was Hollie 's debut picture book and there 'll be lots more to come. Hollie lives in Essex with her family.

Leigh Hodgkinson is an author, illustrator. animation director, designer and kids tv creator. She studied Graphic Design at the University of Humberside and then specialised in Animation Direction at the National Film and Television School.

After being the Art Director for kids' TV show, Charlie and Lola, Leigh started her journey into making picture books. She has made around 25 books that have been published all over the world. Leigh is the designer and co-creator of Cbeebies show, Olobob Top. Leigh writes a diary every day, likes swimming, stripes, buttons, cheese, listening to records and making things out of old things. She is not so keen on slugs, tidying or parking.
