A pastoral care resource for teachers to help build relationships and connections within their student groups. Pastoral care needs to be structured and a consistent routine to best engage all the members of the group and to encourage interaction and a sense of belonging. Unfortunately, pastoral care is often a responsibility which teachers are given but are not given real training and at times support. This collection of resources, ideas and activities helps teachers easily plan and implement activities which help build the culture and spirit of the pastoral care group.
