Turn slowly right, until you are facing south; make the circular motion with your finger and say: Gram. See, in your mind, a figure of Light standing in the distance, watching you. Say: Mark, walk with me.

Turn to the right again, so that you are facing west and make the same small circle with your finger, and say: Ma. See, in your mind, a figure of Light standing in the distance, watching you. Say: Luke, walk with me.

Make another slow turn to your right. Stop turning when you are facing north, and repeat the finger circle as you say: Ton. See, in your mind, a figure of Light standing in the distance, watching you. Say: Paul, walk with me.

Turn right until you are facing east again. Raise your hands above your head about two feet apart, palms facing forward.
