When the senate revokes the second amendment the militia believes the government is going to take their guns and their rights. America is facing a civil war that can destroy it from within.

Burke and Lisa must stop the gun dealers from selling arms to both sides. They pursue them to Bermuda and then the Cayman Islands where they smash two multimillion-dollar yachts together and kidnap them. Returning them to Washington DC they drop them unarmed in the war zone, forcing them to survive in the chaos they created.

Now the team must destroy the existing arms. One cache they find in a massive airplane hangar, another in semi-trucks on the edge of a river. If they can’t destroy them the war will go on for years and the country will face devastation.
