The Goetia is a gift from a world of darkness and mystery. You must never forget that, or take it for granted. It draws its magical power from the 72 devils that King Solomon is said to have evoked and confined in a bronze vessel sealed with the Secret Seal of Solomon.

The Goetia assigns a rank and a title of nobility to each and gives detailed descriptions of the 72 devils, their offices, and the seals they must pay allegiance to.
