Okay folks lets bring your attention to a new book, one that is fictional but based loosely on true events. Events that rocked  a small town.A suspenseful fictional thriller inspired by true events that happened in Ohio.

Little did Patty Johnson know on Veteran’s Day in 1980 that all of her pains and prayers to bring her son, Matthew into the world, would birth a child whose dark eyes would mirror his soul. That stormy night was just the beginning of her troubles. Soon Patty would lose her marriage and her son, to their only child being labeled the town’s weirdo for his gross obsession with nature and the need to not fit in. An unruly child, who struggled with his identity, grew into a young man who decided to leave his god-forsaken town in search for some normalcy without everyone staring at him. When this did not happen, Matthew returned home to escape the havoc and mayhem he thought he’d left behind. Instead, it not only followed him back home, it confirmed that he harbored one of the darkest minds of all. Accepting his fate, this psychopath became more manipulative and ironically caught the eyes of not one, but two unsuspecting women. One would barely escape with her life, the other and her family would fall prey to her twisted relationship with Matthew. Not only did she challenge his psychological demons, but it led to her family’s demise at the hand of a demented, heinous killer, incarcerated with evil so powerful, leaving the question, “Who would have the courage or strength to stop him?” No one could have known that Matthew’s victims would be brutally murdered in the safety of their home and then land into his Tree House as their final resting place?

                                                            "The Tree House" Chapter 1
“At that instance, Matthew opened his eyes, as if to confirm, but Patty didn’t feel comforted, for some reason she got a chill down her spine. She couldn’t figure out for the life of her, why. Maybe it was his eyes. Most of the babies in her family had light blue eyes, and in John’s family they were predominantly brown as John’s were, but Matthew’s were dark and almost black, which was odd…”
