Charles has worked at Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church, founded by Dr. James Kennedy, where he studied the culture of theology in action. Charles has over twenty-five years of hands-on experience working with people of all races, religions, and nationalities, ranging from the unsheltered to successful CEOs of major corporations.
