When I painted the Zendo door and sat in meditation watching it dry, a powerful new meditation tool emerged. Suddenly I was with the Creator, He answered all my questions, and showed me even more. I was astounded, it became just too much, and I asked to go back. In a flash I returned to the Zendo, and after taking care of the painting supplies, I left.
People said to me, "you are different" to which I said "yes." They asked, "how are you different?", and I said, "I was asleep, but now I am awake." These words were similar to those the Buddha spoke when he arose, enlightened, from sitting in meditation under the Bo tree. They seemed appropriate to me.
