A 50 minute - 1 hour sequence is offered with the intention to help release tension from the hips and lower body. Postures can also be practiced on their own for a shorter practice. This practice is suitable for all levels from beginners to regular yoga students with variations of postures offered. Demonstration photos and explanations of how to enter and release each posture are included, along with benefits and contraindications.
