The four workbooks cover: Erection control - covers self monitoring, kegel and appreciating exercises. It includes caring days, scripting, yes and no, erection and partner communication exercises; ejaculation control - covers specific masturbation and couples exercises appropriate to the particular dysfunction, including foreplay and "enjoy the moment"; discovering orgasm - contains five masturbation exercises for women, each tailored to a specific difficulty (eg. never had one, never with partner, inconsistently orgasmic); increasing sexual desire - designed to be used only after the therapist sees that the major issues in the relationship have been addressed. Includes a programme to go from abstinence to love-making.
The therapist's manual is designed to provide an introduction and overview of the programme, outline the workbook concept, and give guidance on when to use them, at what pace, and how much actual time commitment is required of couples outside the office.
