But Gloria Pascoe overcame all this to raise a family and support her husband and legion of friends. She also went onto win a gold medal at the Disabled Olympics in Holland. She had great faith but as with everything she did it was based on deep inquiry and reflection. The stories and histories in this collection are the wellspring of a remarkable life.
