Sailing Directions 195 (Enroute) covers the Gulf of Finland and the Gulf of Bothnia from St. Petersburg Guba in Russia to the northern coast of the Gulf of Bothnia at Ratan and Hallgrund, including the Aland Islands and Norra Kvarken. It is issued for use in conjunction with Sailing Directions 140 (Planning Guide) North Atlantic Ocean, Baltic Sea, North Sea, and the Mediterranean Sea. Companion volumes are Sailing Directions 191, 192, 193, and 194.
