An introduction to the theory and practice of Embodied VoiceWork (EVW), the author's innovative method for exploring vocal improvisation as an expressive language and a transformational tool. The book provides valuable guidelines for exploring one's own voice and for using voice as an integral part of the therapeutic process. In addition, it lays out the resources and the power within the process of connecting into music, the body and the breath, and freeing the voice.
