Before launching the company, he sold products and services in several different industries (a sales guy). His other bestselling books include Lead Simply, Smile & Move, Cross The Line, and Love Your People.

He's enjoyed inspiring thousands of people as the keynote speaker for all types of organizations (business, healthcare, and education).
