Maggie Fischer is originally from Oregon but moved to San Diego, California, after receiving her B.A. in English from Gonzaga University.

The daughter of a children’s librarian, Maggie has books in her blood, and relishes the opportunity to write and edit books for kids. She spends her time forgetting to take advantage of the beach, pretending the neighbor’s cat is her own, and listening to true crime podcasts that keep her up at night.

Carlo has always wanted to be a children's illustrator, but began his career as a graphic designer many moons ago. Carlo lives in Rotterdam - a hip place in The Netherlands.

From a young age Carlo has always loved to draw; to now have his hobby become a career, he feels extremely blessed. Carlo wants the books he creates to be very personal and fun. He particularly loves how children can go over them repeatedly and still find them enjoyable.
