Her eponymous studio, founded in 2014, collaborates with clients to create exceptional books and publications, branding and identity, museum and gallery projects, and spaces. She has worked with The New York Times, Disney, Thames & Hudson, Red Bull, Penguin, Hardie Grant, Figma, Frankie Magazine, Buzzfeed, Hachette, HP, Leanne Ford, Secret 7 and Adobe. She synthesises and simplifies her obsessive research to create work that is eclectic and refined at the same time - usually with a pop of colour.<br><br> She is the founder and director of Make Nice, an un-conference and platform for creative women that provides community support and practical advice. Ngaio is a frequent public speaker at conferences and institutions around the world, focusing on the creative process and the power of women. From 2015-2020, she taught design at the University of Technology Sydney.<br><br> Ngaio offers a free digital care package via her website that includes a link to playlists she's curated as well as a list of grief resources.
