eBooks and eReaders (devices) are unable to be returned due to change of mind.
If your device arrives to you damaged, please contact us to arrange a refund or replacement. We will provide you with a return authorisation (with tracking) to send the device back to us.
If your eReader is faulty or develops a fault you are covered by a 12 month warranty from KOBO. We recommend you contact them in the first instance to claim under your warranty, otherwise you may contact us to address the problem.
