This USAR manual, Army Reserve Paralegal Handbook Version 3.3 July 2021, provides guidance for Army Reserve Paralegal Soldiers that supplements doctrine and training received at Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) 27D Advanced Individual Training (AIT), our Regimental Noncommissioned Officer Academy (NCOA), and The Judge Advocate General’s Legal Center and School (TJAGLC&S). This publication applies to all Reserve Component (RC) (Troop Program Unit (TPU)), and Active Component (AC) Paralegal Soldiers and Paralegal Noncommissioned Officers (NCO) assigned or attached to units under the US Army Reserve Command (USARC).
