TRADOC Pamphlet 600-4, The Soldier’s Blue Book is the United States Army’s Bible.  You will be issued it at the beginning of IET, OSUT, or in some cases MEPS.  You will be expected to know everything that is in this book very early in your Initial Entry Training “Boot Camp” Basic Training experience so we make it available here in a pocket sized high quality printed form, as well as a digital edition formatted for your device.  This is the most current version that is available.
